How do I sign up for a Parent Portal Account?
There are 2 methods to create a parent/guardian account:
1. Auto-generated email - All guardians with an email address should receive an email with a customized link to create your account. You will be required to answer identity questions in order to set-up your account. For existing parents this was sent 7/10/19. For new parents, this should be received within 48 hours of enrollment.
Please note: These emails often go to a spam/junk folder OR an email address may not be entered correctly. If you have not received your email, please try method 2.
2. Activation Key - Each guardian in Infinite Campus has an assigned activation key. Each local school has the ability to provide a guardian the activation key. Once you have the activation key, click "New User?" link under the Log In tab to the left.
An account must be created prior to accessing the portal OR using the mobile apps. All student accounts have been automatically created with their FCS student ID and password. Campus student is also available to students through ClassLink.

Do I need to submit an Online Registration in order to sign up for a Parent Portal Account?
No, Online Registration is only necessary if your student is new to Fulton County Schools or was not enrolled in an FCS school last school year. Parents/Guardians with students who are already enrolled in the district are eligible for a Parent Portal Account.

I did not receive my invitation e-mail, what should I do?
Please do the following:
- Check appropriate e-mail account. E-mails were sent to the addresses previously on file with Fulton County Schools
- Check spam/junk folders
- Visit your local school for assistance

I’ve input my student(s) information and received and error stating “Sorry we did not find a key for you based on those values – Try again”?
Please do the following:
- Confirm student’s name is entered exactly as it appears on their birth certificate
- Use Student Number in lieu of last 4 digits of Social Security number
- Be sure to enter student’s grade for the 2019-2020 school year
- Visit your local school for assistance

I’ve successfully created my Parent Portal Account; however, I do not see all the students in my household?
Each guardian in Infinite Campus has an assigned activation key.

Once you have the activation key, click "New User?" link under the Log In tab to the left.

I’ve successfully created my Parent Portal Account; however, I do not see my student’s schedule?
Finalized schedules will be available on the Parent Portal starting on the first day of school August 12th, 2019.

How do I use the Infinite Campus Mobile App?
You must sign up for a Parent Portal account PRIOR to using the Mobile App. Once you have created your username and password, you will enter them into the Mobile App to access your student’s information. For more information please visit: https://www.fultonschools.org/infinitecampus.

How do I obtain an activation key?
Activation keys are part of our manual Parent Portal Account signup process and were not distributed to parents/guardians electronically. If you have elected to forgo using the link in the invitation e-mail to sign up for the Parent Portal, you must visit your local school to obtain your activation key. Please be sure to bring a valid form of identification such as a Driver’s License or Passport.
